How to take notes effectively when learning languages?

additional disclaimers:
1. this works for me and maybe others too, but that doesn't mean you need perfect, neat notes to achieve academic success
2. I am a junior and these are the concepts we learn in German based on the IB syllabus. If you think what I teach is too easy, that's fine, but honestly I don't care how much harder your lesson is (btw, this video is about note taking, not German skills)
3. There's a weird stereotype about girls taking nice notes and having low GPAs, I'm living proof that's not true 🙂
