I use a program called Todoist. And it is really very powerful software. It's so nice and simple and it does this just fantastically. So if you don't have a task manager, I really recommend using Todoist or something similar. There's also Trello that you can use for boards, you know, to create boards like this. And Asana is another one.

I just found this one the easiest to use. I've tried them all, even ClickUp. None of them quite did what I wanted to do, and this was just nice and easy for me to keep things together and also be able to manage it. It's a kind of database that you can query once you've entered actions and such, so you can see progress and add things.

It's just very, very easy to use. I definitely recommend using Todoist for your task management. Even when larger teams use it, it works really well.
