For this 1 km X 3 interval training I used #Runkeeper.
I am in training for a 10K to be run on Mother's Day (May 12th here in the US). Then I have the Superhero Half on May 19th, about a week later.
I combine the speed training from the Runkeeper App with the long runs and tempo runs from the Endomondo App. This should allow me to run both races with the right combination of speed training and endurance training.
