Also, free and public Wi-Fi networks are not secured, making it easy for hackers to steal your personal information, he says.
It is always safer to enter the bank URL yourself than to obtain it from a promotional email or a third-party site. A bank will never ask for your account login details. Like the original Trojan horse malware, if accidentally downloaded, it can sneak in and cause serious damage. The safe place where you can make transactions is your bank's encrypted mobile app.
