Video projection mapping is the basis of video art. Projection mapping is the correction of an image for the surface onto which it is projected. This can be a simple keystone correction or a complex architectural adjustment using 3D scans and specialized software.

That said, it's not the art itself. Video mapping is exactly how you project your content. In this /"sort of/" tutorial I'll show you some types of mapping and how to do them.
This is more of a behind-the-scenes look than a tutorial on 3D projection mapping.
