The following applies, especially in team meetings: Well-intentioned does not often mean well-done. There is a lot of communication so that everyone is aware, everyone is informed about everything, but sometimes this is not effective but only time-consuming.
It is important that everyone in the team – team member or team leader – seriously thinks about what information their colleagues need and how it can best be communicated.
