Application: 3D Vision Guided Bin Picking by Inner Races with Mech-Mind

3D vision system guides the robots to recognize and accurately grasp inner races randomly in the deep bin, and then places these inner races on their designated positions. The vision-guided robots can feed two machine tools simultaneously.

Advantages:
1. The vision system can quickly recognize inner rings with different specifications, even if their specifications are newly added.
2. Intelligent AI algorithms calculate the optimal movement for robots and ensure that they stably and accurately grab the inner races randomly in the deep box.
3. Thanks to the built-in motion planning and collision detection algorithms, the robots can capture the inner races accurately and stably.
4. Thanks to the greater depth of field and large field of view, robots with the Mech-Eye Laser L 3D industrial camera can easily pick up the inner disks that are deep in the bin.
5. When it comes to small inner rings with reflective surfaces and oil contamination, the vision system can still generate high-quality point cloud data.
6. Our solution works well in typical complex lighting environments.
