We dive into the topic of therapy and how to interact with your therapist. In this video I discuss the 4 things you should NOT say to your therapist, or 4 things you should never tell your therapist. So if you're just starting therapy, or if you've been in therapy for a while and aren't sure what to talk to your therapist about, I'll also try to answer some of those questions in this video. This is a good therapy video for beginners, but also a good therapy video for experienced clients! So make sure you don't tell your therapist these things because these are things you should never tell your therapist or things you shouldn't say during therapy.
