Most lists on how to save money on gas are worthless. They tell you to buy another car, or to take all the weight off the back of your car. These solutions are unrealistic or painfully obvious. That's why I created this video to provide driving techniques (that are free) that can help you get better fuel economy in your own car, no matter what car you drive. Often you don't even have to slow down, and some of these driving techniques are not only more efficient, but also get you to your destination faster.

We discuss how to approach traffic lights and heavy traffic, how to handle hills and whether it is better to accelerate lightly or use moderate throttle during short shifts. We'll also discuss how to properly integrate engine braking into your driving, using no fuel at all and extending the life of your brakes. Watch the video for all the details!
