These 5 tips are for both novice and advanced users of Camtasia! Some people have used one of the two but knew nothing about the other.

Some of these tips make slower, more manual editing processes MUCH faster. Such as Ripple Move, Ripple Split or Ripple Delete.

EDIT: Since this video was made, newer versions of Camtasia now have Auto-Proxy larger images, making them play faster. But you can still create proxy videos if necessary and delete them anytime. But no matter what, when you export, your footage is still the high-quality capture you created in the first place.

Hopefully these types of tips will help you speed up your workflow and get to that end result video much faster!
