All movements are standing and low impact, so this makes it suitable for everyone and great if you're a beginner or just want a workout that's fun but still delivers great results.

By doing this training at home, you can even schedule a session at short notice!
So there is no excuse that we can all find 7 minutes a day to take control of our health and wellbeing.
