Michael Kennedy, who works at a nonprofit energy company, explains a new approach to financing renewable energy that won't just benefit the wealthy. This new approach distributes the profits from renewable energy infrastructure fairly. Michael Kennedy graduated from Milton Academy in 2001 before attending college at Stanford and Georgetown. He then worked as an advisor focused on government strategy and international economic development and finance. He is now Vice President of Business Development at the non-profit Citizens Energy Corporation, a company focused on lowering energy costs for consumers while using the cleanest energy possible.
