Aroha's Way is a bestselling picture book for children about emotions related to fear. We wanted to do something for the children of the world right now with the fear and anxiety surrounding Covid-19 and many people living in isolation. We quickly put together this FREE reading of Aroha's Way. We hope you like it. Feel free to share and you will also find it on YouTube.

There is a section at the back of the book where parents and/or teachers can explore the tools in more depth. This section will delve deeper into the beautiful poem and open up conversations with our children. Asking questions around those emotions to make it easier for children to recognize the emotion and then find a simple way to deal with it.
