️️️️ “My five year old boy enjoyed the book when he first read it. The next day, I saw him reading the book himself during a stressful moment: /"I'm looking for one of Aroha's ways to calm myself, Mom./" The message came across clearly. Thank you!" Paula
️️️️️ “My 7-year-old struggles with anxiety – so much so that it affects her breathing every time she gets a little stressed. We had previously tried talking about it and doing abdominal breathing exercises. But it took this book – and Aroha showing her the way – for her to really open up and put these techniques into practice. The book is such a beautifully written and illustrated piece that it was an easy read for both of us. The notes in the back really got the conversation going. Thanks for this book. I found it difficult to get through to my daughter. It was clear that she had to see it through Aroha's eyes first to normalize her own emotions. Kim
