Whether this is a beloved person or a beloved pet, this journey will guide you to tap into their essence and bask in the deep connection that is eternal between you both, allowing healing from grief to occur.

I will guide you into a state of awake and sleep body using yoga nidra (also known as no-sleep deep rest or NSDR). This healing meditation incorporates the yoga nidra method I learned during Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.

Once you are in this state of deep conscious relaxation, you will be guided to connect with your deceased loved one and then have an out-of-body experience (OBE or OOBE) through a simple exit technique.

My voice will slip away after approximately 34 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in whatever experience you are having – whether it is deep relaxation, a full out-of-body experience or deep sleep.

If at any time this healing meditation feels too overwhelming, please return to the inner sanctum within yourself, the space we call an ashtray in yoga nidra.

This astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation, as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift into a state of deep sleep.

This astral travel meditation technique is most effective with headphones.
