Mistakes to Avoid When Using a Spin Bike!
You may think cycling is easy. You hop on and start pedaling your way to get a good cardio session.
If you think this is all you need to do for a good cardio session, think again!
Do not:
Provide a low chair
Slight tension
Extremely curved back
Keep head down
Doing:
Adjust the seat high enough that the leg can be fully extended.
Straight back with slight curve.
Keep head up and chest up.
The tension is high and loud.
Wear cycling shoes with clips
Make these adjustments on the spin bike and go for a real 20-60 minute ride, and you will feel a difference!
