I'll list a few shortcuts, most of which are Avid's defaults. The ones that are NOT defaults, but reflect my recommended adjustments (and in some cases former Avid defaults):
E – Segment mode (extend / insert)
R – Segment mode (lifetime/overwrite)
; – Link selection switch
A – Go to previous event
S – Go to next event
Up – Zoom out
Down – Zoom in
