Procedure for BIS certification on toys:

1. Go online to Manak: https://www.manakonline.in/MANAK/login
2. Create a USER ID and password
3. Generate a test request
4. Submission of the application with the necessary documents
5. Payment of government tariff
6. Verification of the application by BIS officials
7. Audit of production locations by BIS official
8. Test seal by BIS official for independent investigation
9. Sample examination in a laboratory approved by BIS
10. Granting of BIS license to manufacturer
