Bitcoin mining is becoming increasingly popular. With bitcoin having dropped lately, now is the perfect time to try amateur level bitcoin mining from my Dell computer.
‼ For every bitcoin transaction that is made, a computer must process that transaction. The concept of bitcoin mining is basically that in exchange for using your computer to process a transaction, you get a small percentage of bitcoin back. Because electricity is involved and the stress it puts on your processor, there are certain risk and benefit scenarios that need to be weighed against each other.

Follow along to see if my amateur Bitcoin mining adventure will prove to be a success or if the stress on my Dell laptop and electricity costs make this too much of a financial risk.
