Check out my Blue Apron Meal Kit Review. This week the Blue Apron recipes are 1) One Pot Chicken and Udon Noodles 2) Chicken with Fig Balsamic, but I replaced the chicken with sirloin.
Both recipes contain cabbage which I am not a fan of, but otherwise these were delicious recipes. The One Pot Chicken and Udon Noodles were a big hit at our house.
