STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: Take inventory of your health apps (which metrics/data are important to you?)
Step 2: Sync Health Apps to Apple Health (Enable from Settings)
Step 3: Download the Health View app from the App Store
Step 4: Connect Health View to Apple Health in Settings
Step 5: In the Health View app, open the /"datasets/" section in the app settings and enable/disable the desired data metrics
Step 6: Press and hold the home screen and click the /"+/" button at the top to add a widget
Step 7: Open the widget /"Health View/" and choose from 5 designs
Step 8: Click on the widget and adjust the color (under /"theme/") and datasets
