I've been tracking my calories for years, so here are some calorie tracking tips PART 3

BANK YOUR CALORIES

This is something I've been doing since I started tracking calories and it's been one of the ways I've managed to reach my goals while maintaining my social life all those years of tracking and training.

Every now and then I'll have a night out for dinner with friends… Or I'll get excited – I like to save between 1000 and 2000 calories for that evening.

And with the remaining calories, I will prioritize getting my protein for the day with lean protein sources and low-calorie foods.

I find that the calories I've accumulated are more than enough to cover everything I do that night.

No matter your goal – even if it's weight loss, if you do this here and there and you're on track 80% of the time, then you shouldn't have to obsess over every little calorie, especially when it's not . compete!

So don't feel sorry for yourself afterwards and get back to work straight away, because letting go for one or two days is nothing in the grand scheme of things!
