I've been tracking my calories for years, so here are some calorie tracking tips PART 9️

FOOD BOWLS
This is a must if you want to track your calories accurately.

There's only so much you can track without using a scale.

If you're wondering why you're not losing weight or gaining weight while tracking calories and not using a food scale, this is probably why.

If you want to optimize your progress, it's important to weigh your food and consume the same amount of calories every day.

For example, if you try to gain weight while putting on as little body fat as possible and you eat the same amount of calories every day, but your weight does not increase. All you have to do is increase those calories slightly.

But if you estimate the amount of calories in all the foods you eat, your calories will most likely be off by at least 100-200 calories.

Therefore, your weight will fluctuate widely, which would make it very difficult to optimize that progress and make a final decision on whether you should increase or decrease your daily calorie intake.
