The problem with Carbone is getting a reservation. Celebrities like Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber, Rihanna and the Kardashians have been spotted at Carbone. We weren't interested in seeing any celebrities – we just wanted to taste the spicy rigatoni, so we were thrilled when we were able to make a lunch reservation. We were only in New York for a few days so I didn't have many chances to get a reservation and I was shocked at how quickly the reservations disappeared from the Carbone website.
