Yelp has said they don't want you asking for reviews… so stop asking for reviews on Yelp! This is the main reason why Yelp reviews are hidden under the dreaded /"NOT RECOMMENDED/" tab… (customers don't know how to find these reviews, so they're worthless to your cleaning company).

Here's the actual wording from Yelp, specifically asking you not to ask customers to review your business:
