Can a regular meatloaf run 10 km? I am a new runner and am trying out the NRC App. This week we continue to week 2 of the 10k training program via the app. Apologies for the late upload. I had some trouble editing, got a little sick and then rolled my ankle. The injury wasn't too bad and happened after I completed week 2 so it only affects my week 3 training. Other than that this week was great, I learned a lot and most importantly the NRC app got me working on was running and making progress towards my goal.

There are a total of 8 weeks with this program with 5 runs per week. This is my first attempt at 10k and I will be posting weekly videos recording my progress and thoughts on the NRC app. #beginner runner #10krun
