This Design Thinking workshop is intended to introduce people (beginners) to the Design Thinking process. It's based on and inspired by the great work of David & Tom Kelly (IDEO, D.School) but has an AJ&Smart /"twist/".

This is an almost 2-hour live training video where we invited 9 participants to our Berlin office and guided them through each stage of the Design Thinking process. This video also gives you a unique insight into how participants interact with each other and with the workshop exercises.

Simply put: Design Thinking is a mindset that helps you solve problems creatively.
More specifically, Design Thinking is an iterative, human-centered approach to innovation. It helps teams find the balance between what makes sense for end users, what is technologically feasible, and what is feasible for a business.

This particular style of Design Thinking training was heavily inspired by the work of David and Tom Kelly's book /"Creative Confidence/" and an extremely inspiring visit to the IDEO office. Thanks for showing us how it's done guys!!
