I've always relied on using Magellan and Garmin GPS when I'm on the road. Lately, though, I've been using my iPhone more often to find my way. However, my experience with my iPhone GPS is not as pleasant and reliable as I am used to. I would still have preferred to see those signposts or billboards appear on my screen. Luckily, I found one mobile app to my taste that mimics the same visual experience I had with Magellan or Garmin. This app is called CoPilot GPS. They are very reliable apps that provide clear voice navigation. More importantly, this app does not require a cellular connection as it uses downloadable maps that function even without WiFi. CoPilot GPS is packed with other features, but you'll have to discover them for yourself. I love these apps.
