Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation, on Sunday called on global crypto exchanges via Twitter to block addresses of Russian users.

He stressed that exchanges should not only freeze addresses officially linked to Russia and Belarus, but also “sabotage regular users.”

Fedorov then pointed out that some services in the sector have already taken measures to freeze assets from Russia and Belarus, including the non-fungible token platform DMarket.
