The aim of the work is to develop an intelligent information system
which is designed for aggregating and ranking news taking into account the user's needs. The following tasks will be set during the work:
1) Analyze the online mass media market and readers' needs; the purpose of their searches and moments is not enough to find the news.
2) Constructing a conceptual model of the information aggression system and arranging news that would allow the presentation of the work of the future intellectual information system, to show its structure.
3) Selecting the methods and means for the implementation of the intellectual information system.
4) Design an online source for news aggregation and ranking, news feeds and flexible settings, a list of available information sources, compliance with specified media and personal aggregation results.
The research object is processes of aggregation of news and intelligent arrangement of necessary news according to the user's needs.
The subject of research is methods and means for aggregating and ranking news and building an information system that implements them.
The practical value of the work is to develop an intellectual information system for collecting and arranging news based on user needs.
There are many similar open and paid systems. Specially realized for the
public or for some medium. After all, many of those information systems do not have broad functionality for flexible news feed setups
usually often asked by regular users. This system will have a functional function
enough to solve this problem and provide a multifunctional service to users. The system will be implemented as a free software product under an open distribution license, and this approach will ensure its further development.
