(115) Applying for a patent may seem complicated and even overwhelming, but as with most things, a little knowledge can make the process easier, or at least more understandable. In this video I answer some questions asked by people like you in the comments section. I discuss the sale of a product before it is granted a final patent, including a discussion of foreign patents; explain the process for amending a patent application; and details on how to apply for foreign patents and foreign filing licenses, with a country-specific example. These questions and their answers can take away some of the mystery surrounding patents and help you consider a patent for your invention.
