This is a version of the morning routine yoga workout that we do right after waking up. This includes elements of chin stretch/functional range conditioning (FRC), controlled joint rotations (CARs), stretching, energetic strength work for the legs, core and upper body, as well as a moment of gratitude. It changes slightly every few months, but the key elements are always the same to wake up the body first before heading out.
