If Microsoft offers upfront audit concessions or discounts, don't hesitate to thoroughly investigate the report and negotiate further. It is a common commercial tactic to test your willingness to accept the initial offer. They may offer a /"bot/" to gauge your reaction, but if you don't negotiate further, they may assume you're satisfied and stop bidding.

This can lead to fear of missing out on potential savings. In fact, we've never seen it happen. So be confident and push back. Even if you don't make every possible concession, you will likely get a better result than simply accepting the first offer.
