Follow the steps below to download offline maps in Google Maps:
1. Open Google Maps on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. Select your Google profile icon at the top right of the app next to the search bar.
3. Select Offline Maps from the menu.
4. Once Offline Maps open, choose Select your own map
5. Select the area of the map you want to download and choose Download
6. You can now download offline maps in Google Maps
