In this video I created a shopping list with just $10, choosing food items that I think are filling, nutrient-dense, and may provide the most food that will last you a whole week. This meal plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. For me, it was more than enough food and actually kept me full because it included complex food groups like beans, lentils, and brown rice. I felt great at the end of the week. The food isn't necessarily pretty, but it's full of all the flavors and tasty, and it's better than spending it all on ONE lunch at a fast food restaurant.
