Note: Once this is set up, it's a quick and easy process to edit a PDF. To set this up, follow the step-by-step instructions below:-

1. Make sure you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat Pro installed
2. Open the source PDF in Adobe Acrobat
3. Click on Tools in the main menu
4. Search for /"Edit PDF/" in the drop-down menu or click /"Edit PDF/" in the right sidebar
5. Each text area is surrounded by a box. Now click on the text you want to edit in that box
6. You can change the font size by highlighting the existing text and changing the number under the font name on the right
7. You can change the bullet points or add bullet points or create a numbered list, for example 1,2,3,4,5 or for example 1), 2), 3), 4), 5) or alphabetically, for example a,b, c,d,e and Roman numerals are also possible
8. Changing the line height is also easy with the line spacing tool
9. When you are done, click the /"Close/" button.
10. To save it in a new PDF, click the File menu, Save As…
