If you are new to my channel, my name is John Masud Parvez.

In professional life:
I am a Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Business Transformation Expert. I worked as CIO/Transformation Director for Billion Doller companies such as FPT, Hoan My Medical Corp, RMIT University, etc.

In entrepreneurial life:
I am the founder of VSHR Group. Where we explore business and social problems and solve them by creating businesses and non-profit organizations. In our group, VSHR Pro Academy has worked with approximately 75+ companies to transform their workforce.

Since this is a YT channel and anyone can claim anything, I'll give you some things you can google below to verify.

Years ago I used to say I have two lives. One is career and the other is passion. So I'll tag each step with its use.

2010: [Passion] Discovered a passion for research and started publishing scientific articles.

2011: [Career] Started my expat life as a Software Engineering Consultant.

2012: [Passion] Published in about 11 scientific journals and conference papers in the field of software engineering and data mining.

2012: [Passion] Received four PhD offers from institutions in Australia and Great Britain.

2013: [Career] Appointed at RMIT University as Head of Digital Transformation Projects.

2013: [Passion] Quits his PhD due to a strong desire to influence the masses.

2013: [Passion] Accidentally started self-funding research based on curiosity about human resources, driven by unpleasant experiences with customer service and healthcare education.

2016: [Passion] Founded a non-profit organization called 'Social Health Revolution', focused on developing public health care.

2017: [Passion] After the nonprofit grew by over 50 people, I realized that HR was the biggest problem in the organization and almost closed the nonprofit out of desperation because I didn't have a solution.

2017: [Passion] Based on mentor's advice, combine my expertise in Chief Information + HR research to build a staffing model and start applying to my nonprofit.

2017: [Career] Worked at Hoan My Medical Corporation as Group IT Director.

2019: [Passion] The new staffing models not only solved VSHR's HR problems, but also gained national attention and helped millions of people.

2021: Establishment of the VSHR Pro Academy Academy to bring the workforce transformation model to companies and empower them with people, expertise and strategy.

2021: [Passion] Started creating content on YouTube to help others find and develop their passions and entrepreneurship projects.

2022: [Passion] VSHR Group founded with clear objectives with various companies and non-profit organizations.

2022: [Career] At FPT as Digital Transformation Director for healthcare companies.

2024: [Passion] Become Vietnam's top Linkedin KOL/influencer in technology and innovation.

Today: I'm working on business transformation by leveraging my two main areas of expertise, Digital Digital Transformation and Workforce Transformation.
