In today's video I look at how Factor Meals is going! Two weeks later. Do I still buy??? Not sponsored.

Factor meals: https://go.factor75.com

Welcome back to my channel, this is my second review of Factor Keto meals. If you haven't seen the first one yet, I'll link it in the cards so you can check it out. We initially decided to try Factor to help with the transition to keto and make meal planning easy.

Plus points

Convenience is the most important thing for our family right now. We have a lot to do and keep busy. I'm having trouble figuring out what to eat for lunch and I wanted something easy that also fit the keto lifestyle I was returning to. These meet these requirements and only require 2 minutes to microwave.

Number 2 is price! For meals that meet my goals and macro needs, and keep me feeling full, $11 per meal is great. It would be difficult to find meals at this price.

Number 3 is taste/texture. The chicken is not rubbery, the beef is not mushy and the shrimp was undercooked. These meals have bold flavors and encourage my husband and me to try new combinations. Like the Chicken A La Vodka, I had never had a vodka sauce before and it was delicious, the flavors were balanced and deep. The cauliflower puree is the closest thing to potatoes I've had before while on keto.

Cons

Number 1 Limited options, on some of their other plans it may be different, but on the Keto plan the options are limited to about 10 choices each week.

Number 2 Limited variety, again it may be different on other plans, but with Keto these meals come with broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower or green beans. This turns into feeling like you are eating the same thing over and over again. I've also noticed that non-chicken entree options are limited to 2-3 per week. I get tired of chicken so many times in a row.

Number 3 Fast expiration date. These meals have an expiration date 1 week after delivery. I've seen others freeze them, but that ruins the convenience for me. Life happens and sometimes we go in a different direction at lunch or aren't hungry. I don't want to waste food. Especially complete meals.

Will I continue to buy?

Yes! My husband and I came up with a meal plan around our order. We decide which 5 lunches he will have, a few options for dinners for two, and then I select 2-3 meals for my lunches since I am home and there are many more available to choose from.

If you'd like to see a video with a week's worth of Factor food for lunch and a few dinners, let me know in the comments.

Tune in for our next video Tuesday at 4pm EST!
