If you're familiar with Disney's previous skip the line systems, you might describe Multi Pass as what it would look like if Genie+ and Fast Pass had a baby. Fast Pass because you can make reservations in advance of your park day. And like Genie+ because you buy and book through the My Disney Experience app. Single Pass is the new name given to the Individual Lightning Lane system and the changes are very similar. You can purchase and book time slots for certain popular rides in advance.

PREPARING
Let's take a look at what you need to do to prepare for your Eastern Multi Pass and Single Pass selections at 7am.
-DOWNLOAD the my Disney experience app from your app store and use your Disney login.
-LINK your friends and family traveling with you are all properly connected and share management of their plans within the app.
-MAKE SURE your resort and ticket package are connected to your plans and listed correctly. If you're unsure, contact your Vacationeer travel advisor for assistance.
-ADD your payment details to your profile. This is essential to help you make your Lightning Lane everyday purchase efficiently. For example, if you have a seven-day park ticket and want to book Lightning Lanes for each of the seven days in advance, you'll get tired of entering your credit card information for each of that day's transactions.
-PLAN for the rides you want to book. On the day you book you will have a time limit for making your choices, so be prepared for what your family wants to ride.

HOW DOES SINGLE PASS WORK
Purchasing a Single Pass gives you access to book a lightning ride at one of the most popular attractions on Walt Disney World property. From summer 2024, these five attractions will be:

Magic Kingdom – Tron & Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Hollywood Studios – Rise of the Resistance
EPCOT – Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Animal kingdom – Passage flight

Guests can schedule 2 of these lightning courses up to 7 days before arriving at their Walt Disney World resort at 7 a.m. Eastern morning. Additional Single Pass lightning lanes can be purchased and booked after using the initial reservations. Your Single Pass purchases are per person/per ride. This means if you want to purchase Tron at Magic Kingdom for your 4 family members, your total will be $80 plus tax.

ADVANCE BOOKING TUTORIAL
-At 7am we are going to find the Lightning Lane Multi Pass tool at the top of the home page or on the tile at the top of the menu page.
-Select your date and theme park.
-Select whether you want to purchase a multi-pass, a single pass or both.
Select your three multi-pass options and up to two single-pass options. With your three multi-pass options, keep in mind that one can be chosen from GROUP ONE and the remaining two from GROUP TWO or all three multi-passes from GROUP TWO.
-From here you can proceed to checkout and process your transaction for all prior Lightning Lane selections for that day.
-If you planned to use the Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass for the remainder of your trip, repeat this process for each of your ticket dates.

EXCEPTIONS FOR OFF-SITE AND SPECIAL TICKETS
-For park guests with dated tickets who are not staying at a Disney World resort, you can book your Multi Pass and Single Pass choices just 3 days in advance for the entire trip.
-Annual Passholders and other special ticket guests can book their admission 3 days in advance, but only per day. However, a WDW resort reservation will trump this rule.
-Guests traveling from outside the United States cannot book their advance until they are in the United States and have access to the My Disney Experience app.
