Foundational Concepts and Techniques in Biotechnology, a cluster of free distance learning resources for biotechnology built by LabXchange and the Amgen Biotech Experience, is now available in Arabic, Chinese (simplified), Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish and Turkish.

Based on the successful Amgen Biotech Experience program, now celebrating its 30th anniversary, this cluster exposes students to key concepts and laboratory procedures in biotechnology through 11 unique digital pathways. These pathways include virtual lab simulations, animations and videos to make learning accessible, interactive and fun.

Fundamental Concepts and Techniques in Biotechnology were created at Harvard University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences with support from the Amgen Foundation, and include content from leading organizations including the Concord Consortium and the Khan Academy.
