To find the summary of projects or tasks in the Zoho project, click on the reports in the left navigation panel and then choose project reports or task reports from the drop-down menu. Project reports have two options: basic reports or advanced. The status base report shows us the number of projects under a certain status in Zoho Projects. These reports are interactive and you can click on any part of the report.
You have the option to follow the projects and their owners. And if you use project groups, you can see the classification of projects based on the groups they are related to. If there are some client companies in Zoho Projects and you add new ones, you can track the information based on client companies and projects related to client companies. And by moving all on the shaded columns, we can see the status of such projects and the number of projects under certain statues. In the same way as the project status by group, we also hover over the shaded columns and we can see the number of projects under a particular group.
Moving forward to task reports, you can track the status of all tasks in active projects in the system, it is also interactive. And you can click on the section and we'll be redirected to a certain amount of information in the hub project. You can track the owners of some tasks from all projects.
It is also important to track task priorities and define the completion percentage for the tasks. You can track the completion percentage and number of tasks by hovering over the sections. When you use tags or add tags to tasks, you can click and hover over the sections and also check the number of tasks assigned to certain tag actions in the system.
You can track task status by owner and you can track member activity and team member activity using a report, or track task priority by owner.
You can also create a custom task report and play with criteria.
And finally, there is also a custom time-based report, where you can easily view the number of tasks based on certain time fields.
