So green and actually green design as sustainable, not green the color is actually easy to achieve. There are a few tips you should probably adhere to. One is reuse. So if you have stuff around the house, or maybe you go to an antique store or maybe you go to a garage sale, reuse what someone else no longer needs, or you're bored with in one room, put it in another room.
That saves energy and making new furniture and it really saves the environment.

Two is: go local. Why would you go all the way to China for something and use precious oils, energies and manpower to get it here, when it is already around you? And you'd be surprised what's around you just walking around your neighborhood. Even using the internet to find things around you. Third, make sure you care about the energy you use. So light bulbs, you want to make sure they're energy efficient if possible.

Make sure you turn off the lights when you leave a room. You know, different materials that you use. You know, why use synthetic fabrics when you can use things like cotton, linen, and wool? Not only do they last a very long time, but they are also beautiful. And so you don't have to worry about the initial costs you put into them because they will last much longer than something that is synthetic anyway.

There are some very big ideas in small ways and movements. Don't feel like you have to go out and just put a solar panel in every room in your house to go green. You can use small things and small decisions to form a lasting design element. So these are my tips for sustainable design, and use it every day, a little bit goes a long way in keeping you green.
