Groceries and a good meal plan/meal prep are always the foundation of my weekly reset routine in the kitchen in 2024. My kids are home for the summer, so the more meal prep and meal planning I can do to prepare for the week, the more time I have I will have to spend time with them. I'm also much better at staying on track with healthy habits if I have a good meal ready for my mom for the week.
