(Group Learning Program) – Guided Loving Kindness Meditation and Student Questions

Loving-kindness Meditation was the second most primary form of meditation used by the Buddha to attain Enlightenment. There are many aspects of The Path to Enlightenment that one should learn and practice with the guidance of a Teacher, but Loving-kindness Meditation should be one of the top priorities for any practitioner striving for Enlightenment.

The purpose of Loving-kindness meditation is to eliminate anger, hatred, resentment, negative self-talk, and other feelings of dissatisfaction associated with the unenlightened mind.

During this interactive learning session, David will guide you through a loving-kindness meditation session and answer questions from students to help you develop your meditation practice and progress on the path to enlightenment.
