Due to Covid19 we are unable to demonstrate the booking process at our school so as an alternative way we are told to film ourselves and upload it here on YouTube.

The reservation process is the first step in which the rooms are booked before the guests arrive so that the rooms are available when the expected guests check in. Naturally, this is also the stage at which a guest chooses the hotel of his preference. Front office staff must successfully describe the hotel, facilities, room rates and amenities in order to sell a room.
