This is how you know if YOUR SHOCKS ARE ALL WRONG!!
Since I recently installed the lift kit on my truck, I felt the ride quality could be better. So I decided to make some changes. I'm glad I did because the ride quality has improved dramatically!
I still wonder if the Rough Country shocks would handle everything much better by simply removing the shock extension in the front. I just haven't had time to test that yet. However, during the installation of this lift kit, I called Rough Country and specifically asked about the shocks and extension position. They told me to just leave the extension there since that's what the instructions said, and if the ride quality isn't great, remove the extensions. It's quite a hassle to do all this shock testing in my opinion, so I may have time to test that too in the near future!!
