And how did Home Chef perform in terms of freshness? The best meal delivery kits contain produce and proteins that are fresh right out of the box. And while we liked Home Chef's packaging, there were two ingredients (both produce) that we thought weren't as fresh as they could have been.
Overall, with only a few minor differences, these meals arrived on time, were easy to make, and looked exactly as advertised.
