Thanks to CARES Act Funds, the Delaware County Library System is now paying for Hoopla, a great digital resource for accessing ebooks, audiobooks, music, TV shows and movies. Delaware County Library card holders can access Hoopla and its contents, but they must make sure they select the card-issuing library as their home library when they sign in or make the change in their Hoopla account settings .
