If you wake up one day and wonder how you could clone yourself, this is more or less how the process would go.

1. Remove the nucleus of a body cell (not an egg/sperm cell)
2. Remove the nucleus from an egg cell
3. Take the nucleus from step 1 and insert it into the cell from step 2
4. Zap with electrical charge to activate the cell cycle

And that's it! You now have an embryo, made from embryonic stem cells.

Simple, right? Well not really. If that were the case, we would have cloned people by now.
