keyframe is a location on a timeline that marks the beginning or end of a transition. It contains special information that determines where a transition should start or stop. The intermediate frames are interpolated between these definitions over time to create the illusion of movement.
Here are the details so you can better understand the video if you need to
1. Choose the 'Text' function under 'Text&Fx'
2. Type the content you want and choose a favorite font style
3. Select a starting position for the text, then click Keyframe to add the starting point of the text.
4. Drag the text to another position, wait a moment and you will automatically see another 'Keyframe' icon appear on the timeline, which is the end point of the text.
