Here's how you can use AI to create tables for your Medium stories:

Step 1: Create a free GitHub account
Visit github.com and sign up for a free account. Complete the registration process and verify your email address.

Step 2: Create a new Gist on GitHub
Log into your GitHub account and go to gist.github.com. Click the /"New Gist/" button.

Step 3: Ask AI to write the Markdown code for your table
Tell ChatGPT that you want to create a markdown table. Give it a name with a .md extension (e.g. table.md). Write your table in the text area in Markdown format.

Step 4: Make it public
Choose whether your Gist will be public or secret (unpublished). Click the /"Create secret gist/" or /"Create public gist/" button to save.

Step 5: Copy the URL of the Yeast
Once the Gist is created, click the /"Raw/" button next to your Markdown file. Copy the URL of the raw file from your browser's address bar.

Step 6: Work the core into your Medium story
Go to Medium and start writing your story. In the editor, paste the raw URL of Gist directly into the content area. Medium will automatically recognize the link and insert the table into your story.

Step 7: Publish your Medium story
Once the table is embedded correctly, continue writing your story. When you are done, publish your story as usual.

Optional: Edit the Yeast
If you need to update the table, go back to Gist on GitHub. Edit the Markdown content and save the changes. The changes will automatically be reflected in your Medium story, since the embed is linked to Gist.

I hope it helps! 🙂
